Impregnation - Prepreg
The impregnation line started production in 2008 and is a new business area in PA Resins Perstorp.
The focus is primarily on prepreg, i.e. resin impregnated glass fibre for various composite and laminate applications.
Our integration with resins gives us a unique opportunity to develop special resins that yield tailor-made prepregs with special properties. For example, prepregs with a new type of PF resin give a laminate with hydrophobic surface properties.
