Composites and Laminates

The two pressing lines for production of composites and laminates started production 2008.

The production of composite and laminates is integrated on site at PA Resins in Perstorp with the Caratsch impregantion line for prepreg production which, in turn, is integrated with the phenol & modified epoxy resins production.

This integration offers PA Resins competitive advantages allowing it to efficiently support its composites customers with know-how from its integrated value chain.

PA Resins has state of the art pressing technology with 2 high capacity automated multi level presses from Fjellman and OEM.

 

The production process includes:

• strict dimensional control

• regulated pressure

• regulated temperature

• regulated vacuum.
